The Hermon Hawks nipped MDI 3-2 in a pitching duel on Monday, May 29th in Hermon. The Hawks scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 5th as Maddox Kinney doubled.

The Hermon Hawks closed out their regular season with a 7-0 victory at home against MDI, on Memorial Day, May 29th.

The Nokomis Warriors stayed unbeaten, but it took 10 innings on Friday. The game was scoreless after 7 innings, and remained scoreless into the 8 and 9th innings. Finally Nokomis scored 4 runs in the top of the 10th. Lawrence answered with 1 in the bottom of the inning, and the Warriors came away unbeaten.

The Boston Red Sox' bats came alive Friday night, banging out 14 hits and Chris Sale pitched like the ace he once was, as the Red Sox beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 7-2 to open a 3-game series.

Braelynn Wilcox tossed a 1-hitter and the Hermon Hawks beat the John Bapst Crusaders, 12-0 in a 5 inning, run-ruled game. The Hawks scored 10 runs, batting around in the 4th inning.
